We pride ourselves on fast, easy and low-cost delivery options. Order before 2pm week days for same-day dispatch. We dispatch orders daily, Monday through Friday. Please note that couriers don’t collect parcels on bank holidays or weekends.

We guarantee to dispatch your order the same day when you order before the cut-off and choose Royal Mail Special Delivery.

IMPORTANT: For smaller orders, to keep your delivery costs low, we'll cut your transfers into individual sections so they can be sent as a letter. If you'd prefer for us NOT to do this, you can choose one of the delivery methods below.

Our delivery charges are capped at £3.99 for 1st Class Tracked or £8.99 for Special Delivery, regardless of the number of metres that you order.

Our orders are sent by Royal Mail, which delivers Monday to Sunday (inclusive). Our prices are the same regardless of your location throughout the UK.

Can I get quicker dispatch?

Orders using Royal Mail Special Delivery are dispatched the same day when ordered before the cut-off time. If you have a time-sensitive requirement, please choose Special Delivery as your preferred delivery method at checkout.
