DTF Shop Print Guarantee

We promise you'll receive high-quality, consistent prints each time you order one of our UV or Textile DTF services. Each order is checked before dispatch to ensure you always receive the best quality DTF transfers. If your transfers don't make the mark, we'll re-print them - for free.
How does it work?
If you find your prints not to be 100% satisfactory, contact us and we'll re-print them for free. Simply get in touch via email.
1. Your order number - so we can find your order
2. A brief description of the problem
3. A photo of the affected print(s)

Our team usually resolves problems the same day, and if they occur before 2 p.m., we'll ensure your order is re-printed and dispatched.
We cover faded or inconsistent print colours, missing patches of print, and chips on the surface.
Here are a few things we don't cover under our Print Guarantee:

1. Poor print quality due to poor artwork - Please check our Artworking page for more information on supplying artwork for the best quality printing

2. Wrong artwork - we print anything you supply; please ensure you've checked it for spelling errors and turned off any comments or cut lines. If it's visible, it's printed.

3. Changing your mind - We can't offer a refund if you've simply changed your mind.
We aim to dispatch any re-printed orders the same day you report them to us, using the same delivery service as your previous orders.

At our discretion, we may change the delivery service to help expedite the arrival of your replacement order.
The Print Guarantee by DTF Shop is provided on an as-is basis, and we reserve the right to change or remove any part of it at any time.

The Print Guarantee applies to orders placed via our website using our artwork upload tool or gangsheet builder. It does not apply to orders submitted via email.

We will replace your order in full or in part if you have received multiple metres of prints. We reserve the right to request you return your existing order so we can review it for training and quality purposes. We may charge you for your replacement order under our Guarantee if you cannot return it.

We offer no compensation and accept no liability concerning the printing services you've received.

These additional terms don't affect (they enhance) your statutory rights.
