How durable are DTF transfers?
For textile DTF, we've tested our transfers to the last 60 washes with minimal fading or cracking. We always recommend turning your garment inside out and washing it at a low temperature.
For UV DTF, we recommend hand washing only when using them on cups, bottles, etc.
What quality are your DTF transfers?
We rigorously check our prints to ensure they're the best in the industry, with minimal dotting or ghosting. Order a free sample pack to see the quality of our textile and UV prints.
What print sizes are available?
For textile DTF printing:
Per size - We'll print any design and charge based on the dimensions
Per sheet - Maximum sheet is 56cm, and we're capable of as many metres as you require.
For UV DTF printing:
Per size - We'll print any design and charge based on the dimensions
Per sheet - Maximum sheet is 40cm, and we're capable of as many metres as you require.
What file types do you recommend for the best quality?
We recommend vector files such as Illustrator AI files, SVG or PDFs. We can accept high-resolution transparent PNG. Minimum 300 DPI.
Order and Dispatch FAQs
How quickly will I receive my DTF transfers?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. On trade orders (by the metre) we offer a range of expedited options, including same-day dispatch when you order before 2.30pm. Our orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which has a 95% next day delivery success rate.
Are your prices competitive?
You bet. We don't charge an artworking fee, and we have the lowest delivery cost across the industry. Remember to check the final price at checkout - not just the per metre price!
How long does delivery take?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 (also known as 1st Class Tracked) for our orders. Royal Mail delivers Monday to Sunday, with 95% of orders being delivered next day.
If you require your order expedited, you can choose Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm.
What's the minimum order?
None! Whether it's one logo, or 100 metres we have the capability to process your order. The more you order the more you'll save with our volume discounts, shown in your basket before you checkout.
How do I send my artwork?
Our web-based gang sheet builder allows you to drag-and-drop your artwork. Our systems will complete basic checks and convert it ready for printing.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
We usually print orders within 15 minutes of them being received via our website. We cannot change an order once submitted, but please call us on 01344 266156 to check whether we can cancel your order.
Can I pick up my order?
We don't offer Click & Collect at this time.
Payment FAQs
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you offer credit accounts?
Not yet. Please contact us if you require a pro-forma or invoice with your purchase order.

What happens if my order is wrong?
If there are any problems with your order - get in touch, and we'll aim to put it right within 24 hours.
How do I ensure my colours print correctly?
When uploading to the gang sheet builder make sure your files don't have any colour profiles applied, this ensures your colours will match with ours when we print. If you're looking to compare colours before you order, request a colour chart.
Can I return an order?
Prints are a personalised product, and therefore cannot be returned. It is your responsibility to check your order for any errors or typos before you submit it.
