How to Order

Great news: ordering your DTF heat transfers and UV transfers is quick, simple and easy using our online tools. In a few steps, you'll have uploaded your artwork to our state-of-the-art printers.

Step 1 - Decide which type of DTF transfer you need

We offer both types of DTF (direct to film) prints as follows:

Textile DTF Heat Transfers - Prepared, printed and ready for you to heat press onto a wide range of clothing, including t-shirts, aprons, hats, hoodies and more. This versatility allows you to bring your unique designs to life on various fabrics, from cottons to polyester blends.

UV DTF Transfers - Printed and ready for peeling and fixing to glassware, bottles, bags, phone cases, glass and more. UV DTF transfers work well on glass, plastics, metals, wood, genuine leather and other non-porous surfaces.

Step 2 - Choose how much you need

We offer three different services depending on the quantity of prints that you require:

DTF by Size - Pricing based on the total square CM area that you're printing. Ideal for smaller orders, such as a logo for a tshirt, or small number of stickers.

DTF Gang Sheet - You'll want the most economical printing to offer the lowest price when ordering multiple quantities. A gang sheet organises your artwork to minimise the space it takes up. You can either use our Gang Sheet Builder or upload it if you've done your own.

Step 3 - Uploading your artwork

You can upload your artwork in most standard file formats, including JPG, PNG, PDF, or Illustrator-compatible AI files. For the clearest prints, we recommend using the best version of the artwork possible. Avoid very small JPGs and PNGs where possible, and use high-resolution files.

Drag your artwork onto the page for the artwork tool to generate the size, cost and preview of your print. When you're happy, add it to the basket.

When using our Gang Sheey Builder, you can add your different artwork files, and the system will automatically arrange them into the most economical layout.

Always check your artwork for spelling errors and formatting issues; once we've received your order, we can't cancel it!

Can I email my artwork? We charge no setup or processing fees when you order online via our website. If you prefer to send your artwork manually, we charge a fixed £10 artwork charge. Please send your artwork to orders@dtfshop.co.uk, quoting your order reference number after you've ordered.

Step 4 - Proceed to checkout

When you've finished uploading your artwork, you can confirm your payment at the checkout. You can pay with all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

You can also pay using a compatible device and browser with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Tip: Check that your delivery and email addresses are set properly to receive order updates.

Step 5 - Confirming your order

When we've received your order we'll send you an order confirmation email to confirm we've received your order. Please check the email to ensure all your information is correct, including contact and delivery information.

If something isn't quite right, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing orders@dtfshop.co.uk and quoting your order number in the subject line.
