Refund Information
At DTFShop, we take great pride in producing high-quality prints from the artwork you provide. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have established the following refund policy:
- Custom Orders and Non-Refundable Products
1.1 All products supplied by DTFShop are custom-made according to the artwork provided by you. As such, these products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are faulty or not as described.
- Faulty or Defective Products
2.1 If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2.2 To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to a fault, you must provide:
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence of the fault or defect.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
2.3 Upon receipt of your complaint, we will assess the issue. If the product is deemed faulty or not as described, we will either:
- Provide a full refund of the purchase price, or
- Offer a replacement product at no additional cost.
2.4 We may request that you return the faulty product to us before processing a refund or replacement. We will cover any reasonable return postage costs for defective items.
- Colour Variations
3.1 Please note that minor colour variations can occur between the digital proof you see on-screen and the final printed product due to differences in display settings and printing processes. Such variations are not considered faults and do not qualify for a refund.
- Order Cancellations
4.1 Due to the bespoke nature of our products, cancellations are not accepted once the printing process has commenced.
4.2 If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If production has not yet started, we may be able to offer a partial refund at our discretion, less any costs already incurred.
- Incorrect Artwork or Specifications
5.1 We print artwork exactly as provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the artwork meets our specifications and is free from errors. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues arising from incorrect or low-quality artwork supplied by you.
5.2 If you realise that an error was made in the artwork or specifications after submitting your order, please contact us immediately. We may be able to halt production and correct the error, but this may incur additional costs.
- Refund Process
6.1 If a refund is approved, it will be processed within [14] days of our agreement to refund. Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6.2 If a product needs to be returned, refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
